Overview

This Family Medicine physician role offers a flexible outpatient primary care position with a 4 or 5-day work week and 8 or 10-hour shifts .

Responsibilities

Providing patient-centered care within a medical home model, with telephone-only call shared every four weeks and one late night shift weekly.

Qualifications

The position is health system‑employed and welcomes board-certified or board-eligible candidates. Qualifications include a medical degree and current US work visa.
