Description
The Laboratory Manager provides leadership and oversight of the hospital's laboratory department, ensuring efficient daily operations, effective staff management, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role is responsible for implementing department strategies, policies, and procedures while supporting high-quality laboratory services.
Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!
Requirements:
- 40 hours per week - First Shift
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science or a related field, or equivalent.
- ASCP certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), Medical Technologist (MT), or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of laboratory experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
