Location: Foster City, CA | Onsite
Duration: 12+ Months
Systems Integration and Test Engineer
- Responsible for ensuring robust system performance for vehicle-centric systems across Motion, Body, and EE Architecture domains, including investigating integration issues found during testing and service operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct integration testing at HIL bench and vehicle levels under nominal/off-nominal conditions
- Analyze data to identify integration risks; collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate program impact
- Identify improvements in system behavior, controls, and diagnostics monitors
- Maintain documentation (JIRA, Confluence)
- Drive resolution of complex integration issues from vehicle testing and fleet operations
Qualifications:
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 6 8 years in vehicle system development/testing
- Experience with vehicle electrical architecture and protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
- Experience with data acquisition tools (Vector CANalyzer, ETAS INCA, Intrepid, CSM)
- Hands-on electrical troubleshooting (DMM, oscilloscope, schematics, Saleae)
- Strong problem-solving, written/verbal communication skills
