Highlights Pay: $41.72 - $105.65/Hourly Location: Boston, MA Facility: Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary Department/Unit: Inpatient Specialty Surgery Unit Schedule: Full-Time, Rotating What You’ll Do Function as a key member of the multidisciplinary care team. Use critical thinking to prioritize and manage complex patient assignments. Maintain standards of professional nursing practice. Demonstrate competence in patient care through the nursing process. Direct and guide ancillary personnel in patient care. Continuously assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and education. Requirements Education Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred. Experience A minimum of 2 years of medical/surgical nursing experience preferred. Related experience required for advanced clinical and specialty areas (IMCU). Licenses & Certifications Licensed and currently registered as a professional nurse in Massachusetts.
