Role Description The Insurance Agent role is a full-time, on-site position located in Ontario, CA. In this role, the Insurance Agent meets with clients in person to assess their financial protection needs, explain insurance options, and recommend suitable products and services. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with potential clients, conducting needs-based consultations, preparing personalized proposals, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with company and regulatory standards. The Insurance Agent also provides ongoing policy service, supports clients through life events and claims-related questions, and collaborates with colleagues and managers to meet sales and service goals. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively advise clients and support their protection needs. Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to evaluate product options and align solutions with clients’ financial goals. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build trust, maintain long-term relationships, and respond to client inquiries with professionalism. Relevant experience in financial services, insurance, or sales, preferably in a client-facing environment. Ability to communicate complex financial and insurance concepts in a clear, approachable manner. Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills, with attention to regulatory and ethical standards. High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in business, finance, or related field is beneficial.
