At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - ABA Therapist to join our team and help make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - ABA Therapist, you will work closely with our team of licensed therapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in their homes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing ABA treatment plans under the direction of a licensed therapist

  • Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families

  • Collaborating with the treatment team to ensure seamless delivery of care

  • Maintaining accurate and timely records of client sessions and progress

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA therapy services to clients in their homes, as directed by a licensed therapist

  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress, as instructed

  • Develop and maintain a positive, supportive relationship with clients and their families

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client sessions and progress

Requirements:

  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education) or be a current student pursuing a degree in a related field

  • Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client homes
