Come be a part of the Automotive Industry future with the Lithia & Driveway family, a publicly traded (NYSE:LAD) Fortune 200 Company on the fast track.GROWTH = OPPORTUNITYYou will report to the Parts Manager.This is an on-site position in Ramsey, NJ.ResponsibilitiesAs a Parts Advisor you will provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while providing exceptional customer service.You will answer the telephone and greet customers and vendors.Maintain clean counter, work area, and stockroom.You will work with the Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.Order parts from suppliers based on Service Department and customer requests.Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are available when needed.Take inventory, maintain records of goods received and keep perpetual inventory controls.Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.Process core returns, parts warranties and parts returns.Qualifications1+ years parts advisor experience, preferableUnderstand basic automotive components and systemsAutomotive dealership service experience preferableAny automotive certifications preferableAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residenceBenefits:Competitive payMedical, Dental and Vision PlansPaid Holidays & PTOShort and Long-Term DisabilityPaid Life Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanEmployee Stock Purchase PlanLithia Learning CenterVehicle Purchase DiscountsWellness ProgramsEst.
