Box Truck DriverWe are seeking a dynamic Bilingual (English/Spanish) professional for the DSD (Delivery Sales Distribution) Route Sales Representative role. This is a strategic position where you will be the face of our brand to convenience stores and retailers, balancing logistics with business development for our international product portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Development: Manage retail accounts, introduce new products, and meet monthly sales targets. Collect payments and manage invoices when requiredMaintain accurate records of deliveries, sales, and inventory movementsSupport route growth by identifying new sales opportunities within the assigned territorySupport promotional programs and new product launchesRoute Management: Service assigned daily routes, ensuring stock levels and proper product rotation (FIFO)Stock and merchandise products at customer locations to ensure proper product presentationBilingual Communication: Effectively interact with store owners and managers in both English and Spanish to close sales and address inquiriesDigital Execution: Use ERP/CRM systems for order processing and reportingPhysical Requirements: Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly during store visits. Load and unload products from trucks, including cases and palletized merchandiseEquipment Proficiency: Familiarity and ability to operate handheld Loading/unloading equipment, such as pallet jacks and dolliesRequired Qualifications:Valid driver's license and clean driving record requiredExperience driving delivery vehicles or route trucks preferredAbility to operate pallet jacks and hand trucksExperience in DSD, food distribution, beverage, snack, or C-store sales is a plusStrong customer service and communication skillsBasic experience using ERP or mobile sales systems preferredBilingual English/Spanish preferredAbility to work independently and manage a commercial route effectivelyComfortable working in warehouse and outdoor retail environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Bilingual (English/Spanish)Core Competencies: Delivery, sales, upselling, route management
