Responsibilities Ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient plant operation while meeting production and quality goals Leading and developing both direct and indirect reports across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and EHS Overseeing day‑to‑day activities and coordinating all operational functions within the facility Driving strategic initiatives, Lean manufacturing efforts, and continuous improvement to reduce costs and enhance performance Identifying process improvements, solving complex operational issues, and implementing standardized procedures Full‑time, on‑site position with some travel required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related hard science discipline (Chemistry, physics, biology); MBA preferred 7-10+ years of plant or general management experience in manufacturing Experience leading teams of 100+ employees Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent background strongly preferred Experience in industries with strict safety and quality requirements (e.g., aerospace, automotive, pharma) Demonstrated success leading diverse teams in a continuous‑improvement culture Experience with safety and environmental compliance (OSHA knowledge required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
