Description – Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests across various fields including chemistry, hematology, and immunology according to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results with care, address any anomalies, and ensure lab instruments are maintained and calibrated appropriately.
• Support specimen collection procedures and prepare samples for accurate testing.
• Meticulously document all laboratory processes, mentor new personnel, and help uphold the highest quality standards.
• Ensure that the work area remains clean and complies with safety regulations, maintaining accreditation requirements.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health discipline alongside ASCP/AMT certification pathway.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within your first year of employment.
• Continuously maintain your certification during your tenure with us.
