• Hybrid model with telehealth and in-person visits to skilled nursing facilities
• Regional leadership role supervising nurse practitioners and physician assistants
• Facility visits range from monthly to quarterly based on distance and stability
• Focus on older adult psychiatric care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, GDR reviews, and crisis consultations
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
• Primary EMR is Athena with AI documentation tools planned for integration
• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists encouraged to apply; geriatric fellowship a plus
