Key Responsibilities: Talent AcquisitionPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.Lead full-cycle recruitment including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Utilize diverse recruitment tools and platforms to build talent pipelines.Manage employer branding initiatives to attract diverse, high-caliber talent.Oversee and continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.Track recruitment metrics and recommend enhancements to improve hiring outcomes.Ensure a consistent, compliant, and equitable hiring process.Deliver an amazing candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle. Stay current on labor market trends and develop proactive strategies to attract and retain talent.Manage vendor relationships with staffing agencies and recruitment partners.Employee RelationsServe as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and policy questions and lead issue resolution.Conduct thorough investigations and document outcomes related to workplace issues.Provide coaching to managers and employees on performance management and conflict resolution.Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices.Analyze employee relations trends and develop strategies to enhance engagement and workplace culture.This position could be a great fit for you if you're passionate about finding and attracting exceptional talent, building strong workplace relationships, and making a meaningful impact every day. We're looking for someone who brings solid talent acquisition experience, strong employee relations skills, and a collaborative, people-focused approach, along with the following qualifications:Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Minimum of 5 years of progressive human resources experience with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations. Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within manufacturing, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other regulated environments. Experience using applicant tracking systems; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.Skills & CompetenciesDemonstrated knowledge of HR best practices, particularly in recruiting and employee relations.Ability to communicate to a wide audience and translate complex human resources issues and concepts into understandable terms. Detail-oriented and highly organized.Proactive, self-directed, and resourceful.Curiosity and the ability to learn about Lifecore, our industry, and how our business operates.Proven experience coaching and influencing leaders on performance management, corrective action, employee relations matters, and consistent application of company policies and practices.Ability to independently manage sensitive employee matters while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work remotely 1-2 days per week.
