RN/LPN Home Health - Temp Assignment

NurseCore is seeking a highly skilled RN or LPN for a temporary 3‑4 month high‑acuity home health assignment in NW Las Vegas . This is an adult quadriplegic male patient in a private home with family present. Thu–Sun | 6:00 PM–11:00 PM Schedule 5‑hour shifts | Thu–Sun | 6:00 PM–11:00 PM 3‑4 month assignment Responsibilities G‑tube, ventilator, and tracheostomy management Intimate personal care tasks Safe patient handling and transfers (bed, wheelchair, vehicle) Compensation

• 40/hour – LPN
• 55/hour – RN
• 1,250 sign‑on bonus (case‑specific)

Bonus Structure

• 500 paid after completion of training
• 750 paid at completion of assignment
