An exciting opportunity awaits Physical Therapists seeking a fulfilling contract position supporting students in a dynamic school-based environment. This part-time opening offers the chance to make a meaningful difference by providing physical therapy services to a small, focused caseload of 15-20 students. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through December 18, 2026, providing consistency and the potential for positive student outcomes.

Ideal for a skilled PT residing in or near Palm Coast, Daytona, Flagler, Palatka, or southern St. Augustine, this position covers several schools located in the southern region of St. Johns County. The schedule consists of 1.5 days per week, with 8-hour workdays, allowing for flexibility and an excellent work-life balance.

Key Qualifications:

• Current license as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Florida
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Able to manage a caseload independently; no PTA supervision required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation to work across multiple school sites in the southern St. Johns County area

Position Highlights:

• Direct service provision and documentation for 15-20 students, supporting their mobility, participation, and success in school
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
