When the store lights dim and the last customer heads out, your work begins. You arrive prepared to transform retail floors into safe, organized project zones—installing sturdy temporary walls and barricades that protect shoppers and teams when the doors reopen.

• Assemble, position, and secure retail barricades in line with company specifications and safety rules.
• Partner with store leadership to confirm placement, layout, and visual standards for each configuration.
• Conduct routine inspections on installed barricades, identifying and reporting issues promptly.
• Dismantle and remove temporary barriers cleanly when projects wrap.
• Work efficiently during overnight hours to reduce disruption to daily store activity.
• Keep your work area orderly, with tools and materials stored safely.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and store personnel to coordinate each step.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior hands-on installation, construction, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Confidence working solo or alongside a team, depending on project needs.
• Sharp attention to detail and a practical approach to troubleshooting.
• Ability to work night shifts; weekend availability as needed.
• Physical capacity to lift and move heavy materials; comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
