Job Summary
Electrophysiology (EP) Technician position in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. This role involves supporting cardiac electrophysiology procedures, including pacemaker and implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) placements, ablations, and cardioversions. The EP Tech will assist in the scrub and monitoring of EP cases, ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced cardiac catheterization laboratory.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, starting from 08/03/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), or Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT); 1-2+ years of EP Technologist experience; cardiac catheterization laboratory experience preferred; valid state licensure (review pending license status); high school diploma or equivalent; Pennsylvania state location
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with pacemakers, ICDs, ablations, LAAO procedures, and cardioversions; familiarity with Cerner electronic medical record system; ability to scrub and monitor EP cases
• Additional Information: The position involves assisting with pacemaker, ICD, ablation, LAAO, and cardioversion procedures. Scrub colors and dress code requirements are to be followed as per facility policy. Parking location is on-site. This is a vacant, full-time position requiring commitment for 13 weeks. No guarantees are provided for hours beyond scheduled shift.
