Our growing State Farm agency is seeing a licensed Acquisition Specialist to identify, engage, and convert prospective customers into long term clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment, enjoys proactive outreach, and is passionate about helping individuals and families with their insurance and financial service's needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain robust pipeline of prospective customers through outbound prospecting activities Generate new business opportunities through heavy phone outreach, email campaigns, referrals, networking and community involvement Schedule and conduct follow‑up interactions to move prospects through the sales process. Meet or exceed monthly sales, activity and production goal. Cross‑sell and multi‑line customers to provide comprehensive protection and increase customer retention Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies. Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospecting activities within agency CRM systems. Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures. Qualifications Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License (Required) Previous Insurance sales experience (preferred) State Farm experience is highly preferred Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging prospective customers. Consistent with a strong work ethics and results oriented mindset Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
