Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members and help ensure the freshest products are available. They follow recipes, manage rotisserie chickens, and provide exceptional service while juggling multiple tasks and assisting members with bakery orders. Responsibilities Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food items while following detailed recipes. Wrap, label, store, and rotate merchandise to maintain freshness and quality. Ensure product quality standards, temperature control, and timely inventory checks. Clean and sanitize the work area and maintain a safe, member‑ready space. Support the sales floor by handling claims, returns, zoning, and identifying shrink or damage. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and mentor other associates on tools and tasks. Utilize handheld technology and digital tools to make production and quality decisions. Uphold the company policies and procedures, guiding peers with a customer‑focused mindset. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Food Service experience. Food Handler Certification (Food Safety). Compensation Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00, plus possible additional premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, or specific work performed.
