This role is essential in ensuring products are accurately handled, organized, and prepared for shipment. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and value teamwork and safety, this is a great opportunity for you!**Responsibilities*** Receive, sort, and organize merchandise within the distribution center.* Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.* Load and unload trailers or pallets using safe lifting techniques.* Operate manual or powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) as needed.* Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines.* Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.* Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.**Qualifications*** Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* 0–2 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.**Education*** High school diploma or equivalent required.**Benefits*** Competitive pay.* Health, dental, and vision insurance options.* Holiday differential.* Employee discount program.* Opportunities for growth and advancement.**Anticipated Weekly Hours**40**Time Type**Full time**Pay Range**The typical pay range for this role is:$16.00 - $28.84This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
