Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join two busy, well-established outpatient Family Medicine practices serving both pediatric and adult patients. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity with two days per week providing patient-facing care in clinic (Binghamton, NY) and three days per week working remotely. Remote responsibilities will include telehealth visits and in-basket coverage as needed.

This position is 100% outpatient and offers outstanding clinical and administrative support within a collaborative primary care environment.

Qualified candidates must be board certified, eligible for licensure in the State of New York, and have prior experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family medicine, primary care, pediatrics, internal medicine, or a related outpatient setting. This opportunity is not open to Physician Assistants or new graduate applicants.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan, performing preventive care visits, ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications within scope of practice, documenting care in the electronic medical record, and communicating effectively with patients, families, physicians, and the broader care team. Strong clinical judgment, independence, and proficiency with telehealth and electronic in-basket workflows are essential.
