Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department Department: 36102 Atrium Health Lincoln - Emergency Department Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 36 Schedule: Part-Time Weekend Nights (7p-7a) Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Where You Will Work Atrium Health Lincoln Emergency Department is a 25‑bed unit that provides 24‑hour emergency medical services to Lincoln County and surrounding communities. The unit is staffed by physicians who are board‑certified in emergency medicine. We’re Looking For Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. At least 6 months of RN experience; this position is not for new graduates. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire. 1 year of Critical Care (ED, ICU) experience preferred. What You’ll Do Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience. Location Atrium Health Lincoln is a 101‑bed hospital located in Lincolnton, North Carolina. The facility opened in 2010 on a former farm site and includes a 1.2‑mile public walking trail. The surrounding town offers rural charm and proximity to Charlotte and Lake Norman.
