Quality Technician (Swing Shift) 37613974 Hourly Pay: $35/hr Worksite: Leading electronic testing company (Santa Rosa, CA 95403 - Onsite) W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Quality Technician (Swing Shift) to support metrology operations by performing precision mechanical and optical measurements to ensure the quality of manufactured components. Quality Technician (Swing Shift) Responsibilities: Perform mechanical and optical measurements to inspect machined, milled, turned, and other manufactured parts from internal and external sources, including calibration of hand tools, gauges, and calibration kit components. Complete inspection and calibration activities while maintaining high workmanship standards and meeting established team goals. Access and enter inspection and calibration data into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and utilize lean methodologies to support daily operations. Ensure quality standards are consistently met by exercising discretion, maintaining accuracy, and delivering reliable results in support of metrology laboratory operations. Quality Technician (Swing Shift) Qualifications: 3-5 years of relevant quality, inspection, or metrology experience. Experience operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) with optical measurement techniques preferred. Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), blueprint reading, and mechanical metrology hand tools. Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. Strong Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) background is preferred. Shift: Swing Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. #J-18808-Ljbffr Avispa Technology
