Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an experienced Program Manager for one of our top financial services clients. This individual will be joining an established Financial Technology team within the Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology space focused on a muli-year application build from scratch. In the role, this individual will be responsible for managing several projects simultaneously, so the ability to multitask/prioritize is essential. This candidate will have technology experience with applications/data (application or data migrations, application modernizations, application readiness, etc.) and be able to identify potential risk mitigation strategies for the projects/program. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience in a large enterprise banking environment. Candidate must have excellent communication skills.

Skills and Requirements

Proven experience with Program Management / project management within a technology environment

Ability to guide projects through all phases, ensuring required standards and processes are followed, required documents are completed, and required tracking systems are kept updated

Ability to provide project status for multiple projects on deliverables or escalate issues to Senior Leaders and Executives

Agile Environment Experience- Jira Required

Quality documentation skills/attention to detail

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Banking or Financial Industry Experience
