Pre-Sales Phone Agent: Engaging Customer Qualifier

CARCHEX is seeking a Pre-Sales Phone Agent in Hunt Valley, MD. You’ll be the first contact for customers wanting to learn about our vehicle protection plans. Bring a positive attitude, strong phone presence, and excellent listening skills to create an outstanding customer experience from the first call. You’ll qualify leads, gather information, and connect qualified customers with a Sales Representative.
