Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment during night shifts. Ensure patient safety and deliver comprehensive nursing interventions in accordance with facility protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and establish priority of care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain thorough electronic health records.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and update care plans.
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance standards diligently.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Demonstrate current certifications in AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS.
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Have previous acute care or emergency room experience preferred.
• Show ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
