Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to acute inpatient and rehabilitation unit patients, with potential coverage in the ICU based on experience and need
• Treat a caseload of approximately 10–12 patients per day across diagnoses including orthopedic/total joints, neurological conditions, strokes, and general medical cases
• Collaborate with rehab aides and interdisciplinary team members to support patient care and recovery goals
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress accurately using EPIC EMR
• Participate in rotating weekend coverage and holiday assignments as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Idaho (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehabilitation settings
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an ICU setting
• Familiarity with treating patients with brain injuries or complex neurological diagnoses
