Pest Control Technician

Location Zip Code: 37211, Gallatin, TN. This full‑time Pest Control Technician position is located in the area around Gallatin, TN and reports to our office in Nashville, TN once per week. Compensation $17.50 - $21.50 an hour, uncapped bonuses, annual incentive trip, iPhone provided, opportunity to earn overtime. Benefits Company vehicle provided which can be taken home nightly Company gas card provided Ability to work outside in your local area Paid training Group health, dental and vision plans Pet insurance, life insurance and EAP benefits 401(k) with employer match up to 4% Paid holidays and paid time off Opportunity for advancement Upbeat and exciting company culture and much more Responsibilities Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order Keep accurate records of treatments provided Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer’s individual needs Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures Advise customers of potential problems Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs Work schedule includes every other Saturday Qualifications No experience required; training provided Valid U.S. driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years Clean driving record: no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two moving violations in the past four years Drug test and background check required Aptive is an equal‑opportunity employer.
