Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Current state OT license and credentials (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience providing school-based OT services required
• Comfortable delivering both in-person and teletherapy interventions
• Strong leadership skills with prior experience supervising COTAs a plus
• Excellent communication and organization abilities
• Motivated, student-focused, and committed to professional growth

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive OT services to students according to their IEPs
• Supervise and provide guidance to two Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Conduct screeners and detailed evaluations for student referrals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Maintain clear documentation of therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress notes
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that empower student participation within the school setting
