This position involves operating advanced imaging equipment, including the GE Revolution Maxima 128-slice CT scanner, and performing a variety of scanning procedures. Candidates are required to bring their professional license on the first day of assignment. Job Details: Location: Gunnison, Colorado Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts plus call, totaling 40 hours per week Required Qualifications: Certifications, appropriate education, and relevant years of experience in CT imaging; valid professional license; ability to operate the GE Revolution Maxima 128-slice CT scanner; knowledge of helical, axial, and CT fluoroscopy scanning; familiarity with interventional radiology procedures; ability to maintain accurate patient records; and must meet all certification requirements including the Colorado adult protective services (CAPS) check. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the AW workstation reformat functions and previous work in rural healthcare settings. Additional Information: Knowledge of interventional radiology procedures and the ability to assist radiologists are essential. The role requires reliable transportation as rural Gunnison does not have public transit options. Responsibilities: Operate advanced CT imaging equipment, assist physicians with protocols, maintain patient records, and support interventional procedures as needed.
