Senior Digital Asset Manager
Virtual Vocations Inc
Focused on the strategic oversight and administration of a Digital Asset Management system, the full-time Senior Digital Asset Manager will serve as the primary administrator, ensuring effective governance and support for a portfolio of over 100 university partners in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls for the DAM platform while configuring settings and workflows Maintain and evolve the DAM taxonomy and metadata schema, enforcing governance policies for asset management Develop training programs and materials to drive DAM adoption among internal teams and external partners Required qualifications 5+ years of experience managing a DAM platform in a corporate or media environment Bachelor's degree in a related field with demonstrated experience in administering a DAM platform Experience designing and implementing metadata schemas and taxonomy frameworks Proficiency with DAM platform administration and API integrations Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and understanding of creative production workflows
