Position Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN – Night Shift Opportunities Schedule: 7am–7pm, 3–4 shifts per week Location/Setting: Athens, TX Age Range: Young Adult Acuity: Feeding tube Responsibilities Provide compassionate nursing care for an assigned client/patient in the home setting as part of the Aveanna team. Collaborate with clinicians and local support staff to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes. Document care and updates using electronic documentation tools available in the patient’s home. Qualifications Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice. Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days. Current CPR certification (with hands-on component). Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire if necessary. TB skin test (current within the last 12 months). Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
