Our organization stands as a premier national platform dedicated to women's healthcare. We are currently in search of a Full-Time OB/GYN to join our expanding practice in the picturesque area of Warren, New Jersey .

Somerset Women's Care is on the lookout for a committed and empathetic Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to become part of our established and flourishing private practice situated in a tranquil, family-oriented community. Position Highlights:

• Flexible Scheduling: Achieve a healthy work-life balance with a customizable timetable.
• Weekend Call: One weekend call per month.
• Patient Load: Manage a daily patient census of 20 to 25.
• OB Volume: Handle an average of 15 deliveries each month.
• Additional Income: Earn up to $200,000 by covering in-house call shifts at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset.
• Support Team: Work alongside a fully licensed medical team and support staff.
• Stability: Enjoy long-term stability in private practice with our organization.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: Starting compensation at $275,000, commensurate with experience.
• Sign-on & Retention Bonus: A total of $60,000 offered!

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
• Possession of a current unrestricted state medical license.
• Current unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain one.

Compensation Details

Minimum Compensation: USD $275,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Compensation: USD $350,000.00/Yr.
