Responsibilities: Organize daily tasks by checking the status of service orders, scheduling customer installations, performing account provisioning and phone porting Develop and maintain knowledge of latest best practices and ALLO deployments to best support our customers. Handle incoming calls from customers and technicians, while also making outbound calls to coordinate installations and site surveys. Collaborate closely with internal provisioning and installation teams, as well as third‑party vendors, to ensure seamless business installations from start to finish. Exceed customer expectations by delivering passionate and exceptional service. Multitask effectively to handle various responsibilities and maintain a high level of productivity. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Post‑Secondary education strongly preferred. At least 3 years of previous customer service experience 1‑2 years of experience in a role involving light project management or project coordination, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service. Has experience and knowledge of Telecom, networking, MSP and/or security industry. Advanced computer skills Ability to learn new concepts quickly and solve problems logically. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Self‑directed and able to handle confidential information. Be technical in nature, having an interest in all aspects of telecommunications. Ability to challenge the status quo with a focus on continuous improvement. Working Conditions: In office with travel to ALLO markets as needed Requirements: Raise objects up to 25 lbs. Remain stationary for extended periods Ability to communicate information Ability to operate a computer Possess/maintain Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Travel requirement People are our passion.
