Registered Dietitian

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Dietitian - Registered Dietitian-Chicago, IL (Auburn Park) We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide individual and |or group counseling services to assist individuals with understanding the connection between proper nutrition and the relationship to a healthier lifestyle. The RD will work with an interdisciplinary team providing education, promoting wellness and educational activities in the management on chronic diseases within the primary care setting. The RD will work in an out-patient clinic setting; 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. Responsibilities: • Provide nutritional counseling to support patient health and chronic disease management goals. • Develop monthly nutrition newsletters and marketing promotional material. • Lead group weight loss, heart health and diabetes management classes. • Track and report subjective and objective outcome measures from individual group class sessions. • Participate in community health fairs and health promotion events. Minimum Education|Experience: • Registered Dietitian (RD) • 1 year of experience preferred but not required • Bachelors Degree in Nutrition • Current Illinois License Benefits: Excellent Compensation and Benefits package including Medical, Dental, 401K with matching contribution.
