The Breakfast Cook plays a vital role as part of the Kitchen Team, preparing and cooking set menu items each morning. This position requires proficiency with standard kitchen equipment and a commitment to maintaining food safety standards and kitchen cleanliness. The Breakfast Cook ensures efficient kitchen operations and supports inventory management a few days during the week and weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to set recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Manage inventory to ensure availability of ingredients
• Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and effectively
• Execute menu items consistently and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in food preparation
• Serv Safe Food Handler certification
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices
• Effective time management and multitasking skills
