Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.Operations Supervisor-Day Shift (5 AM-3:30 PM M-Th)Working in Woodward’s Industrial Product Segment in Fort Collins, Colorado, the Operations Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing frontline teams to meet daily production targets and achieve operational excellence. This role involves supervising team performance, allocating resources effectively, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure customer expectations are met. Ability to analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP.
