The Role We're seeking a TikTok virtuoso who can transform briefs into scroll-stopping, conversion-driving content that will be used on social media platforms (primarily Meta, TikTok, and YouTube). This role combines creative innovation with performance marketing expertise, requiring someone who can shoot, edit, and understand the psychology behind what makes content convert. You spend countless hours immersed in the platform, understanding trends before they peak, and have a proven track record of creating content that drives engagement and conversions. You're ready to take your creative skills to the next level by crafting high-performing direct response ads. Key Responsibilities Create compelling short-form video content that converts for our suite of DTC brands Scout locations, cast talent, and manage production shoots Edit content using CapCut and other industry-standard tools Monitor and adapt to emerging TikTok trends and best practices Transform creative briefs into high-performing ad content Collaborate with our creative strategy team to implement testing frameworks Optional: Serve as on-camera talent when appropriate Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience creating engaging TikTok content with demonstrated results Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and ability to drive engagement Experience with TikTok Shop creation is a significant plus Deep understanding of TikTok trends, audio trends, and platform-specific editing techniques Ability to turn complex information into digestible, shareable content Track record of growing social media pages & increasing overall engagement Expert-level proficiency in CapCut and other social media editing tools High-quality photography and videography skills Understanding of direct response principles and marketing psychology Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality Experience in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines You Are A: Creative Innovator: Someone who can take trends and infuse them with originality Cultural Trendsetter: A keen observer of pop culture who stays ahead of the curve Action-oriented Producer: Self-motivated and able to execute efficiently Adaptive Creator: Quick to pivot and thrive in a fast-paced environment Collaborative Spirit: Able to integrate feedback and work within a team Location Requirements Based in Los Angeles, CA or surrounding area.
