As we continue to expand and grow into a national leader in consumer financing, we invite you to consider joining our team.If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact in people's lives and bringing a personal touch to finance, we'd love to have you on board!The Supervisor of Centralized Collections is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a collections team in the Centralized Collections Department. **Duties and Responsibilities**• Train and develop staff members of the Centralized Collections team • Monitor departmental metrics to ensure performance standards are met • Recommend and implement process improvements when needed • Work with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives • Conduct account audits and communicate results to team members • Facilitate escalation resolutions with Regional customers and team members • Resolve employee issues where necessary • Facilitate scheduling to ensure proper coverage • Other duties as assigned by leadership. **Minimum Qualifications**• 1+ years of experience required in Leadership/Management role • 3+ years previous Collections experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office • Must pass pre-employment screening **Preferred Qualifications**• Previous experience in consumer finance industry. **Critical Competencies**• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. • High level of integrity. • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
