Job Description Job Description We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling administrative tasks in a busy office environment. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls professionally and efficiently Handle general incoming calls, take accurate messages, and assist callers with inquiries Perform daily paper filing and maintain organized physical filing systems Assist with other light administrative tasks as needed Schedule Monday through Friday Starting at 8:00 AM daily Part-time hours (approximately 4–5 hours per day, could lead to full-time hours).
