GCP Solution Architect

Our client, a leader in the technology and enterprise solutions industry, is seeking a GCP Solution Architect to join their team. As a GCP Solution Architect, you will be part of the Cloud Engineering Department supporting large-scale transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: GCP Solution Architect

Location: This is a Hybrid role based in Nashville, Tennessee. Remote work options are available.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $207,000

What's the Job?

• Provide end-to-end architecture leadership for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions across enterprise programs.
• Design and govern secure, scalable, and highly available cloud-native architectures on GCP.
• Lead architecture and delivery across Kubernetes (GKE), microservices, DevOps/GitOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Define and enforce enterprise-grade cloud standards, architectures, and best practices.
• Architect and guide large-scale cloud migration and modernization initiatives, including legacy platform transformation.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 12+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead Cloud Architect, with deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong hands‑on experience with GCP core services, including compute, storage, networking, and managed services.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes and GKE, including containerized microservices architectures.
• Strong experience designing and implementing cloud-native and microservices-based solutions.
• Proven experience leading enterprise cloud migrations and modernization programs.
