· Number of Beds: Entire facility- 815

· Number of Staff – 2 per shift- 24/7

· Type of staff: 2 per shift, split floor plan

o Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)

o Night Shift -

· Patient Ratios – n/a

· Type of equipment -

· EMR - Cerner

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· > 5 years of ICU experience

· Highly recommended dedicated rapid response role

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· Medical ICU background

· ED background

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· Cardiac arrest, TTM, other post resuscitation

· Trauma, stroke, STEMI work ups

Best personality Fit:

· Compassionate, works well with others

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· ACLS, NIHSS

Floating Area(s):

· Throughout facility via job role

Dress Code :

· Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue or house scrubs

Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
