Job Description Represent lenders, capital providers, and borrowers in complex real estate finance transactions Draft and negotiate loan documents for construction, mezzanine, preferred equity, and structured financings Work on multi-tiered capital transactions and debt-like and equity investments Advise on distressed commercial real estate matters from a transactional perspective Collaborate closely with partners and clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle Qualifications 2+ years of real estate finance transactional experience Experience with construction financing and complex capital structures Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail Active bar license in the state of the office location Experience on lender-side, borrower-side, or a blend of both is acceptable Why You Will Love Working Here You will work in a collegial, entrepreneurial environment where partners invest in your development and value your contributions.
