Job Duties

• Develop and maintain detailed construction project schedules.
• Coordinate activities with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Lead construction meetings and distribute meeting minutes.
• Manage project budgets, contracts, change orders, cost reports, and financial performance.
• Oversee safety compliance and project quality standards.
• Review and process submittals, RFIs, and subcontractor payment requests.
• Direct project superintendents and assistant project managers.
• Track punch list completion, project commissioning, and turnover documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required. Preferred fields of study include Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• OSHA Certification required.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of Construction Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing projects from pre-construction through project closeout.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, subcontractor management, and project coordination.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Sage 300 CRE, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and client relationship management skills.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to visit active construction sites and navigate various terrain and jobsite conditions.
• Capable of attending site meetings, inspections, and project walkthroughs.
• Ability to work in both office and field environments as required.
• Must comply with all safety policies and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
