Claims Specialist

Claims Specialist – Global Claims and Incident Management Step into a high‑impact role on our global Claims and Incident Management team. You will own the day‑to‑day investigation and management of Cyber, Technology Errors & Omissions, and Miscellaneous Professional Lines claims, acting as a critical defender of our bottom line and bridging incident response with our mission of true cyber resilience. Key Responsibilities Take total ownership of a dedicated claims portfolio, efficiently conducting investigations and managing negotiations. Apply expertise in insurance contracts to recommend accurate claim reserves. Collaborate with internal security and technology teams to offer policyholders proactive incident response and preventative services. Manage external service providers during incidents to aggressively reduce losses and ensure meticulous file documentation. Establish a continuous data/analytics feedback loop with Underwriting to refine risk selection approaches. Qualifications 2–4 years of proven experience in claims handling, claims advocacy, or cyber insurance coverage. Demonstrated ability to evaluate primary and excess coverage, navigate complex cases, and maintain clear communication with insureds, brokers, vendors, and underwriters. Expertise in handling third‑party claims, particularly in Technology Errors & Omissions and Miscellaneous Professional Lines. Established connections within the cyber broking community, incident response, or cybersecurity sectors. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree is NOT required for this role. Compensation and Benefits Compensation range: $100,000 USD – $130,000 USD.
