About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide high-level leadership and oversight of administrative, human resources, compliance, governance, and organizational support functions. Candidates for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 5 years of leadership experience in administration, HR, or operations. The role requires a strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and organizational compliance, as well as experience in providing guidance to managers and supervisors. The COO will be expected to have excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, and the ability to supervise staff and coordinate work across multiple departments. Advanced proficiency in business software applications and HR information systems is also necessary.
