Work Type: Contract to hire, full time, onsite Compensation: $36-39/hr Location: Fort Myers, FL Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical projects end-to-end with limited supervision
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and sales teams
• Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to track project requirements and updates
• Perform material take-offs and create submittals
• Generate change orders and add-on quotations
• Negotiate job buy-outs
• Maintain product knowledge across represented lines
• Handle order entry, material management, and issue resolution
• Track project data and ensure accuracy throughout lifecycle
• Oversee project closeout and documentation
• Support additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of lighting project management experience required
• Customer service experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to train and mentor others
• Team-oriented mindset
• Strong math skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Bluebeam
• Advanced Excel experience (4+ years)

Pay Details: $36.00 to $39.00 per hour
