BARISTA SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

We are hiring a full-time Barista Supervisor for our location at 20 Hudson Yards, New York, NY, with a pay rate of $30.00 per hour.

Candidates must have prior barista and supervisory experience, along with open availability for a Monday to Friday schedule, including evenings for events.

The role involves monitoring food service operations, ensuring quality standards, and managing inventory to minimize waste.

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.

Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.

Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.

Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
