Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Vaco by Highspring Vaco Atlanta has partnered with a rapidly growing client in Stone Mountain, GA in their search for a Bilingual Senior Accountant . This is a DIRECT HIRE (permanent) position that requires 100% in-office . Only candidates who live in the metropolitan Atlanta area will be considered. Key Responsibilities Manage full month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and sales cash reconciliations across multiple locations Maintain fixed asset schedules and post monthly depreciation Track and account for leases in accordance with lease accounting standards Develop and maintain detailed month-end close checklists and documentation Reconcile prepaid and deferred expenses; ensure proper accrual-based accounting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial reporting with operational data Identify process improvement opportunities and document accounting procedures Requirements Bilingual in Spanish REQUIRED 5+ years of general ledger accounting experience, including full month-end close Strong proficiency in bank and cash reconciliations Experience with fixed asset and lease accounting Proven track record of process improvement and documentation Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
