Aire Serv of East Valley is growing and we need a CSR/ DISPATCHER who will help make that growth happen.

If you care about creating an uplifting office atmosphere, where team members want to work and love serving customers, we want you on our team!
We are located at Mesa Dr. & Southern in Mesa, AZ

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and team members at all times
• 60+ phone calls per day
• Minor office duties, ex; Filing.
• Dispatch & Schedule service calls Via Service Titan
• Handle web chats, social media, questions asked or appointments set on company website
• Part of the office team to put customer service first and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.

TO JOIN OUR TEAM YOU MUST HAVE: Ability and willingness to take the initiative

• At least 2 years experience as an over-the-phone customer service representative
• Preferred experience using Service Titan or other web-based scheduling software
• Microsoft experience in Word, Excel and Power Point
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Ability to set and achieve goals
• Willingness to learn new things
• Take initiative to organize the office to ensure efficiently
• Must pass a background check
• Have reliable transportation

Compensation and Benefits:
Company paid weekly

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
