Cancer Center is seeking Hematologist/Oncologist to join their team. 4-day work week, no call. Offers the latest treatment options and compassionate hands-on care from skilled healthcare professionals. This facility, which houses medical and radiation oncology, offers a 20-chair infusion center, an onsite mobile PET CT scanner all at one convenient location. Your patients will have access to onsite dietitians, social workers, financial assistance, clinical trials/research, support groups, screenings, high-risk clinics, and Nurse Navigators to help patients in their treatment journey. Our Physicians participate in weekly, multi-modality tumor board conferences to help provide the best possible treatment options. Our staff provides excellent personalized care plans to patients that help meet their unique needs. Compensation details include an aggressive guaranteed base salary, signing bonus, performance bonus, productivity bonus, teaching stipend (not required), and moving allowance.

Community/Facility info: 129 bed hospital. The catchment area includes a population of 75,000 100,000 patients. There is a local 10 physician primary care network to supply referrals. Hospital sponsors an Internal Medicine Residency program consisting of 26 residents. The facility consistently achieves very high quality outcomes due to its unique structure as a rural based academic medical facility. The hospital also operates a critical access hospital and various primary care clinics in the region, all of which will refer to the urology practice. Medical office space is located in a professional office building adjoining the hospital. The office is in very close proximity to the surgery suite and the Emergency Department. The hospital has expressed a large amount of flexibility to fit the needs of new physicians. Area offers beautiful surroundings for a variety of outdoor activities.
